Coastal Nuts founders James and Paddy are native to Ireland, however have worked for several years in east Africa and within the nut industry.  Having sampled cashew nuts from around the world they, like many others, knew that Tanzanian cashew nuts are simply the best.

They set about working to develop their current site in 2021, and have since employed the best and brightest Tanzanians to scale the Coast Nuts operation and production capacity to what is today.

Coastal Nuts now source the finest cashew nuts and supply to numerous industries globally.  James and Paddy have ensured that due to their love of the country and its people, they have and will always continue to support the cashew farmers, their families and the wider Tanzanian community.
